Turns out that the house is full of asbestos and will cost an obscene amount to demolish and remove. They are trying to keep it quiet for now, for the publicity they are currently receiving.

Well, the house next to Trailside Tap was torn down yesterday. I do not know if their plans are still intact. Anyway, sorry for the misinformation.
